It trips the breaker when it's on high and auto mode however it works fine in low mode, it keeps me warm so I am keeping it instead of returning it.

Wrong heater sent.... very slow to correct issues, still waiting

The wrong heater was sent to me, mistakes happen I understand that.
I sent an email the day it arrived to notify Heat storm of the mistake.
They immediately asked for proof via pictures and order number.
I sent the images and information within 15 min of the request.
Since then it has been silence, I emailed a few days later to inquire what was being done, all i was told is it was passed to warranty dept. Then more silence. still waiting...
