Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times; actual delivery dates may vary depending on carrier practices, delivery location, and the specific items you order.

Shipping Method:

We use standard shipping to deliver our products throughout the United States. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $79. For expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team to arrange it. Additional charges will apply for this service.

Important:

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

Returns are available for items purchased from heatstorm.com if the following conditions are met:

  1. Returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  2. In new condition with the original packaging with manuals and accessories.
  3. Proof of purchase is provided.

Order cancellations are only available if the product has not left our facility. In the case that it has already shipped, the order will be subject to return fees.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damage, missing or wrong items immediately.
  • Claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted within 30 business days of delivery.

    Procedure:

    • Contact Customer Service at 435-752-6611 or cs@energywise.com for return authorization and instructions.
    • Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

      Shipping and Fees:

      • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
      • Original shipping charges and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
      • A 20% restocking fee applies for returns beyond 30 days.

        Refunds:

        • You'll be notified once the return is received and inspected.
        • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
        • Fees incurred (e.g., restocking, return to sender, cancellation) will be deducted from the refund.
        • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
        • Note: Shipping costs for Canadian orders are non-refundable.

          Return to Sender Items:

          A $25 shipping charge will be deducted from refunds for undelivered packages returned to our warehouse.

            Shipping Your Return:

            • After getting approval and instructions from our team, place the item in its original packaging with all documents and accessories.
            • Use the provided shipping label for returns within 30 days. For returns after 30 days, the customer covers shipping costs.
            • Ensure the item is returned undamaged and in good working order.
