4 of the 5 heaters are great, but one of them came without the feet and the attachment. Everything else is as expected. Hopefully they will come soon.
Buyer beware don’t buy the refurbished models of any kind from them. If they don’t work guess what. You will have to return it and pay shipping and also a restocking fee. And they sent it to you with testing it. Stay away.
Ordered three refurbished WiFi heaters and only two pickup wifi
This is actually my third purchase. My first one finally died after 5-6 years and I just couldn’t bring myself to buy a different one when this one lasted so long and other ones I’ve had didn’t even make it through 2 winters.
This is our 3rd heater we have purchased from them. They work well especially when you live in an older home with older electric and need a lower watt option. Great heaters!
Works well and like the wifi option
Does not heat a small closet, customer service not responding to emails.
The heat storm external thermostat connects with the heater and it becomes a mini furnace in the bedroom.

Exactly what I needed. Quiet, warms room nicely, I like that the heat radiates at foot level instead of out the top. Thermostat seems accurate. This will be a warmest winter in my office to date!
Product was broke in half when I received the package from the Slow United States Postal Service.
Bulb was wrapped very good around it but not much in the long way. Appears box stopped another heavier box and snap crack pop my replacement bulb went. I finally was able to get in touch with someone yesterday and sent them a email with pics and sent it to them. It’s been 24 hours and still no response back to let me know thata new unit is being shipped to me. Also was told that they can not use rapid shipping even though the slow postal service shipped from location to Atlanta where I live and then they shipped it to Cleveland and then to Dallas and then back to Atlanta again. Feels like they don’t care about me as a customer just give us more money. Very disappointed so far.
This refurbished heater is installed in my attached garage and is working well. It has raised the overall temperature by 6 degrees, making the area comfortable for working.

I got at home depot I wish I should had ordered 2 of them. it keeps my room worm and works perfect with the app. I have been waiting for a while to be restock to order 2 more. I super recommend it.

The replacement feet they sent are perfectly fine, but there were more parts in there than just the feet we needed.
But the PRICE for parts + shipping WAY more than seemed reasonable to me. $11 for the feet parts and $9+ for shipping the *5 oz bag* Excessive.
This puts out a lot of heat even at 8 foot.
