Poor service from these people - got a defective lemon

I bought this WiFi model from this web site, and they shipped the wrong (No WIFI) model. After two weeks of calls and emails, they sent out a WiFi unit. I received the new unit and discovered this one was a defective lemon. This heater never shuts off when reaching set temperature. It just loops over and over, turning off and on. The WiFi app shows the thermostat back-drifting and fluctuating.

I sent emails with videos of the defect. Customer Service now ignores my emails. It is now too late to issue a chargeback, I am still in contact with my credit card company. Wish I bought it through Amazon to return.

Good but...

I would give this unit a 5 but I cannot get it to connect to our internet through the app. The WiFi indicator on the unit flashes fast for 20 seconds and then turns off with no connection?
I tried my wife’s phone also with the same results. I will try to call customer support and see if they have suggestions.

Great Heater- very happy with my purchase!

I just got the Heat Storm wifi heater. I have 3 African Grey Parrots who all live in their own room. African Grey's are as most parrots sensitive to the temperature of their environment. My parrots like their room to be within a very tight temperature range. The Heatstorm wifi heater filled that bill extraordinarily well. Its thermostat, and it's thermometer are both sensitive and very accurate. I am very pleased with my purchase. Not only is the heater great at doing the job it is designed to do; it is also as amazingly easy to set up on wifi. I had tried many heaters in the past but this is by far the best! I also called customer service department and the sales department with a couple of questions and was more than pleased with the knowledge and responsiveness I received.
